The location very close to all the attractions was great and unbeatable for us. And we were very close to the best rated restaurants in Hanoi, Hanoi and Vietnam and shops and restaurants.

Rooms are well decorated and well-equipped with a comfy bed, a great view, balcony, food is local! The location is comfortable and prime, 10 minutes' walk to a majestic church.

Stylish and good sized room with all necessary amenities etc, birthday balloons and balcony, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

It had central location close to a performing arts theater. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a shopping street and a supermarket next door.

The food in the restaurant was freshly made. Actually the room was beautiful and exceptional with the most comfortable bed, a balcony, for example. The property was right in the heart of the city.

We only slept at the superior family room with a comfy bed, but greatly enjoyed it. Amazing central location next to the lake and central tourist area as well as HaLongBay & Haiphong.

The staff are super friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, including a comfy bed and a balcony. The breakfast included the option of take away, which is a great convenience for those on the go.

All in all, everything was ok and there is nothing that needs improvement.

my stay was enjoyable for 6 nights. the breakfast was large with wester style dishes, multiple cuisines and frequently replenished. the location was favourable and fantastic - ease of access to ngoc son temple. the area was fairly nice short walk to many sights, restaurants and coffee shops, shopping streets and the old quarter of hanoi with easy access to all landmarks.
